2 surfers killed in nearby Zauratz surfing in the big waves over the weekend.
Big waves here too…people are surfing on beaches that usually don’t have waves.
Weather can’t decide what to do…rain/sun/hot/cold.
I’m planning a little fiesta for Friday with the Italian students who have now moved on from Tandem language school to start their internships that will go through December.
I will miss them in class, so have planned a little picnic dinner Friday on our apartment floor.
I won’t have enough chairs, dishes, or utensils so it will have to be on the floor on blankets with plastic cups and utensils.
It will be fun!
School is finally feeling like less of a struggle.
I am not feeling like a deer in the headlights every time I’m called on.
I Just heard that a nurse in Spain has contracted Ebola.
I wonder if we will make it to Africa, as planned.
